Deaf-Led · CODA-Founded · Culture-Driven
We build the night everyone came for.
Lagundo ASL Services is an Accessibility and Hospitality Company.
We exist to make equal experiences the standard, not the exception.
What Makes Us Singular
LAS is the first to combine authentic Deaf leadership with a five-star operating company.
Not a solo interpreter, and not a vendor checking a box. A Deaf-led company that treats access as hospitality, and delivers it at the scale your moment demands.
How We Began
It began the weekend a Deaf entrepreneur stopped watching the show and started feeling it.
On his birthday in 2024, Eduardo Sesma went to a major Las Vegas convention expecting exactly what he always got: an access section, interpreters who were present and little more, and the quiet work of staying connected to something just out of reach.
Then the headliner came on, and one of the interpreters, Lagundo Sandoval, a CODA who signs the way a performer plays, began to work. It did not feel like interpretation. No one in the Deaf section could look away. Then the rotation changed, another interpreter took over, and the night went flat. When Lagundo came back, it opened again. Open, closed, open, on every rotation, until there was nothing left to wonder about.
Not all access iscreated equal.
For the first time, Eduardo was not watching a show happen near him. He was in it.
“I finally understood what hearing people feel like.” And underneath the joy sat a harder truth: if it could feel like this, it always could have.
So the question was never anger. It was simply this: how do we give this to more Deaf people? A Deaf entrepreneur and a CODA interpreter built Lagundo ASL Services to answer it, with Deaf leadership defining what excellent access feels like and the company built to deliver it.

Who Leads Us
Deaf-led, by design.
A Deaf entrepreneur defines what equal experiences should feel like, and we build every moment around it. This is not access that just meets the rules. It is access your guests feel, prepared, warm, and unmistakably theirs, so no one is left watching from the edge, everyone is right in the middle of it all.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Lagundo Sandoval
A CODA raised in American Sign Language and a recognized ASL performing artist whose stage work has reached millions. Lagundo brings the craft of the live room, timing, presence, and a performer’s instinct that turns interpretation into experience, built on years of professional interpreting and Las Vegas hospitality. A U.S. military veteran, he leads with a service-first discipline, an advocate for equal experiences, and founded LAS to make that standard repeatable in every room.
A Deaf entrepreneur at the heart of it, a performer’s craft in every room.
Our Mission
Equal experiences. The standard, not the exception.
Rooted in Deaf and hard of hearing culture, we design accessibility as hospitality, so everyone belongs in the moment, never watching from the edge.
Accessibility is art.
Our Values
What we hold ourselves to.
Access, Always
Access is never conditional or something you ask for twice. It is there because it is always there.
Excellence in Every Detail
A thousand small things held to the same high line. Nothing is too small to do well.
Hospitality with Heart
Real care, not a technique. Guests leave feeling hosted, not handled.
Culturally Rooted
We work from inside Deaf culture and American Sign Language, not visiting from the outside.
Connection First
The reason the others exist. We protect belonging above invoice, optics, or compliance.
Let’s build the night together.
Whether it is a panel, a performance, or a private celebration, access should be built in, felt, and unforgettable. Tell us about your event, and we will make sure your audience is not just included, they are part of it.
