Request an Interpreter

Let’s design it together.

Tell us what you are planning. Our Deaf-led team will review the details, confirm availability, recommend the right access approach, and send one clear proposal. For straightforward requests, we often respond within the same business day.

Request an Interpreter

Two ways in. Hosting an event and need communication access? Tell us about it below and we’ll help build the plan. Deaf or hard of hearing and looking for access to something you’re attending? We’ll take you straight to the resources made for you.

Tell us about your event and what you know so far. A real person reviews every request. You do not need to know how many interpreters you need or have every access detail figured out before reaching out. That is what we’re here to help with. Have a question first? Our FAQ has answers.

Leave blank for a private or personal event.

Is this request urgent?

Short notice? Submit the form anyway. We will tell you quickly what qualified coverage is available.

For a one-day event, use the same start and end date. For multi-day events, enter the typical daily hours and note schedule differences below.

Venue address, or city and state if the exact venue is not finalized yet.

What access has been requested?

Select all that apply. Not sure what belongs here? That is okay. Tell us what the guest has requested or what you know, and we will help with the next step.

A rough number is helpful, but interpreter staffing is based on the communication demands of the assignment, not simply the number of guests.

Tell us anything that helps us understand the room: the schedule, audience, run of show, content, production setup, access requested, or anything else you already know. You do not need to know how many interpreters are needed. We will staff the team.

Optional. If someone sent you our way, we would love to thank them.

Every event is held to The LAS Standard
