Live Events & Festivals

Concerts, nightlife, festivals, and stadium-scale productions, interpreted with a performer's instinct for timing and energy, so the music lands for your Deaf and hard of hearing guests the same moment it lands for everyone else. We plan placement, sightlines, and lighting with your production team.

Stage & Performance

Music, theater, and live performance signed as performance in its own right. This is where LAS began, and it is what sets us apart: interpretation that becomes part of the show, never a box in the corner.

Corporate & Conferences

Keynotes, breakouts, panels, trainings, and multi-day conventions, handled end to end. We prepare against your agenda and staff multi-interpreter teams that hold full precision across long days.

Virtual Access

Livestreams, webinars, town halls, and hybrid events, including video remote interpreting (VRI) and on-platform video interpreting (VPI), where the interpreter joins your Zoom, Teams, or webinar. The same standard, on screen, with clean placement and preparation so remote access never feels like an afterthought.

Accessibility Solutions

Access is bigger than the stage. CART captioning, accessibility consulting, and inclusive event design, so your whole experience welcomes every guest, by every need, from the first hello to the last encore.

Deaf-Centered Solutions

Deaf interpreters when the room calls for one, access design, and hospitality consulting, all from inside Deaf culture and American Sign Language. When you want access that is genuinely felt, not just technically provided, this is where it comes from.

Who We Serve

Wherever people gather.

Conferences and conventions. Corporate and brand events. Concerts, festivals, and nightlife. Hospitality, tourism, and attractions. Faith gatherings, galas, and private celebrations. If people gather for it, access belongs in the room, and we bring the same standard to every one.

A National Network

We staff for the room.

We build the team around your event, not the other way around. Behind LAS is a credentialed national network: nationally certified (NIC), RID-certified, and veteran interpreters, plus Deaf interpreters. Las Vegas based, and ready to travel wherever you need us.

Beyond Interpreting

The depth a Deaf-led company brings.

Interpreting is where access starts. Because a Deaf co-founder defines our standard and a national network stands behind us, we can shape the whole experience, not just translate it, in ways a solo interpreter simply cannot.

  • Director of Artistic Sign Language (DASL). For theater and productions: a Deaf-informed artistic lead who shapes and stages the signed performance so it lives inside the show, held to the same intention as blocking, lighting, and sound.
  • ASL Coach & Language Model. For actors, hosts, and on-camera talent learning to sign a line, a lyric, or a role, coached by people who live the language, so it reads as fluent, never phonetic.
  • Deaf Culture Consulting. Guidance from Deaf leadership on making your production, brand, or venue genuinely welcoming to Deaf and hard of hearing guests, from the org chart to the guest experience.
  • Deaf-Competency Training. Workshops that give your team the cultural fluency and confidence to host Deaf and hard of hearing guests with warmth, not hesitation.
  • ASL Liaisons. On-site hosts who greet, guide, and care for your Deaf and hard of hearing guests from arrival to encore, so no one is ever left to figure it out alone.

Tell us about your event.

Share the date, the space, and your audience. We will confirm availability and design the right access, then send one clear, all-in proposal, usually the same day.
