Booking Questions
What people ask before they book.
How do I book an ASL interpreter in Las Vegas?
Request one from Lagundo ASL Services on the Request page. Tell us your date, venue, and event, and we prescribe the right team of qualified, Nevada-registered interpreters and send one clear, all-in proposal, usually the same day. We are the Deaf-led ASL interpreting agency born and raised in Las Vegas, serving all of Nevada and nationwide.
How much does it cost to hire a sign language interpreter?
Every event is different, so we price each one individually and send a single, all-in number, with no itemized surprises. Cost depends on the length, the venue, and the team the room needs. Tell us about your event and we will have a proposal to you, usually the same day.
Who pays for the interpreter?
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, providing effective communication, such as a qualified interpreter, is the responsibility of the business, venue, or event host, at no cost to the Deaf or hard of hearing guest. We make meeting that easy. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
How far ahead should I book?
The earlier the better, because it gives us more time to prescribe and prepare the right team. That said, short notice is not a problem. We keep a vetted Nevada network ready for last-minute and urgent coverage, so ask us even when the date is close.
Ready to book?
Tell us about your event and your guests. We prescribe the right team and send one clear, all-in proposal, usually the same day.
